Sales and Marketing Support for a growing, family-owned, potted flower and herb wholesaler.

This is a full-time support position requiring a detail-oriented individual. The majority of responsibilities will require a person capable of scheduled maintenance, as well as the capability to solve problems diplomatically, and act as a liaison between the sales and accounting departments. Diligence, initiative, flexibility, and organization are all essential aspects of this role.

This position requires an intermediate level of technological aptitude. An in-depth knowledge of Excel is required. Additional experience in Peachtree, Outlook, Photoshop, or working in a paperless office environment would be beneficial.

As we continue to adapt and expand, so will the requirements of this position. A can-do attitude and attention to detail are a must. Experience in website design would be a plus.

Responsibilities include:

-Generate and format reports
-Updating availability
-Item set up
-Minor Tech Support
-Creation and distribution of sales tools
-Organization of side projects involving: scheduling, research and data entry
-Assist in planning, product development, research, analysis
-Assist in development of forms, worksheets and presentations
