This nationwide executive search firm is currently seeking a full-time Executive Recruiter. This position will develop and grow a client base. Specific responsibilities include: introducing our services to clients and candidates; working with existing clients to expand our services; researching; soliciting for new clients and candidates via phone and marketing resources; delivering outstanding service by providing consistent and concise communication; setting up phone interviews and interviews; drafting candidate presentation letters and client correspondence; and reviewing and evaluating resumes, offers and other confidential information. This position offers great earning potential especially for (100%) commission recruiters. Minimum base salary or draw and training available for less qualified applicants but must have a strong sales background. Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of recruiting experience and/or a strong sales background. In addition, must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a proven track record of success, a desire to be on the phone, and an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
